  • Cancellations/Refunds/Returns

    Due to the personalized nature and hygiene considerations of each set, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

    Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately to meet quality and customization standards.

    Refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues are not available; ensuring proper sizing is the customer’s responsibility.

    Refunds are not available for lost packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

    If you encounter an issue with your order, please email us as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently.

  • Measuring your Nails

    Using the Sizing Kit

    Purchase a custom sizing kit in your desired shape and length. Follow the instructions included with the kit to measure your nails accurately.

    Using Tape:

    1. Place a piece of transparent tape over your nail. 2. Press down on the left and right sidewalls to crease the tape. 3. Use a pen to mark both sides of your nail on the tape. 4. Carefully remove the tape from your nail. 5. Place the tape on a flat surface and measure the distance between the marks in millimeters. 6. Write down your measurements, starting with your thumb and moving to your pinky.

  • Shipping

    Flat rate shipping: $7. Free shipping on all orders over $75. International shipping is not available at this time.

    We’re not liable for issues caused by the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the order transfers to the carrier once it is shipped.

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is sent. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the $5 shipping fee for reshipment.

  • Sizing

    Please refer to the sizing chart on this site if you wish to measure your nails yourself.

    It is highly recommended to purchase a sizing kit from my website to ensure the best fit and wear of your press-ons.

    Processing time is 3-5 business days. Each order is handmade with care, so please allow time for your order to be processed.
